The club is looking for a Treasurer and an Equipment Coordinator:

Equipment Coordinator

Tasks:

• Tally all the teams equipment needs in a spreadsheet in June.
• Place a soccer gear order with our established vendor in June.
• Collect the gear delivery (July).
• Help distribute the gear during coach Equipment Night (last week of August).
• Help store extra club gear in storage unit.

Treasurer

Tasks:

• Pay invoices to the club in timely fashion.
• Issue reimbursements for club expenses.
• File yearly taxes for our nonprofit organization (starting next year)
• Track and document the club finances.
